F.A.Qs

• Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the official website: https://alcazardesevilla.infoticketing.com

On high-demand dates, tickets may sell out in advance.

• Are tickets sold at the ticket office?

Yes.

The ticket office opens at 09:00 and only sells tickets for the same day. You may choose the time slot (session) for entry depending on availability.

On high-demand dates, it is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour in advance before the ticket office opens.

• What if the day or date I want doesn’t appear as available on the website?

If the day or date does not appear as available, it is because online tickets are sold out. Even so, the ticket office reserves a very limited quota of tickets for each 30-minute time slot (session).

(Only applicable to the Real Alcázar Visit. Not applicable to other activities or to the Upper Royal Chamber (Cuarto Real Alto).)

• Can tickets be changed or rescheduled (date or time)?

No.

According to the terms of sale, tickets do not allow changes, modifications, or rescheduling, even if the mistake was unintentional.

• Can tickets be cancelled or refunded?

No.

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase has been made, regardless of the reason (mistakes, illness, COVID-19, travel changes, etc.).

• I made a mistake in my first or last name—will that be a problem?

It is not possible to modify the details once the ticket has been purchased.

However, minor typographical errors do not usually prevent entry, as long as the name reasonably matches the identity document presented.

• Is it mandatory to enter an ID card number, NIE, or passport when purchasing?

Yes.

The “ID Card, NIE or Passport” field is mandatory. At entry, only the physical document will be requested; there is no need to modify the ticket if the name is correct.

The student rate is valid for Spanish and foreign students, including non-EU students, as long as they present valid official documentation.

• Is admission free for people with disabilities?

The European Disability Card is only valid if it clearly states the percentage.
