Guided free tour for people born in or residents of the city of Seville, to the upper floor of the Galería de Grutesco and the Balcony of Charles V. After visiting these areas, the tour will continue through the main floor of the monument.
It is absolutely essential to present, at the PUERTA DE LA ALCOBA, your ID card or a certificate of registration on the municipal census in Seville, as well as the ticket for the activity.
All tickets are nominative (personalised). ID card or passport will be requested at the access control.
The security team will not allow access to people who do not present one of the two documents mentioned above, even if they are registered for the activity.
Duration: approximately 75 minutes.
* Access to the monument is possible from 15 minutes before until THE EXACT TIME INDICATED ON THE TICKET.
RULES:
1.-It is essential to obtain the ticket in advance on the official website www.alcazarsevilla.org
2.- On the day of the visit, it is essential to present your ID card and the ticket.
3.- You must be at the Puerta de la Alcoba 15 minutes in advance for access control.
4.- Visit exclusively for people over 14 years of age.
5.- Due to the characteristics of the Almohad wall, now the Galería de Grutesco, this visit is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
6.- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER WITH DRINKS (except water) AND FOOD (except for babies).
